Shipping Policy
DELIVERY
We will aim to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date set out on the website, unless there is an event outside our control.
Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays.
Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.
If we’re unable to meet the estimated delivery date, then we will inform you of a revised estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be completed when we attempt to deliver the products to you or a person identified by you to the address you gave to us or other address or location which is agreed between you and our courier.
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will take:
UAE:
Same day delivery for orders placed before 12pm GST.
Next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm GST.
GCC:
3-5 working days
Rest of World:
5-10 working days
DELAYS
Please know, we are working as fast as we can to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics and bad weather.
If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

CUSTOMS
Items for delivery outside of the United Arab Emirates may have to be cleared through customs.
Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.
Please contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and to better understand the threshold in your country.
Please note:
- Hunn Active does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country.
- Hunn Active will not be held liable or responsible for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply.
- Hunn Active does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and per order value.
- Hunn Active is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.
I entered the wrong address, how can I change it?
You can email us at customercare@hunnactive.com to change your address but this must be on the day of your order, otherwise shipping will already be in process.
I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your spam/junk folders so please check this first. If you still do not have this, please email us at customercare@hunnactive.com with your order number and we will be able to assist.
I still did not receive my order?
Once you have checked the number of days for delivery and the tracking reference, please email customercare@hunnactive.com and we will be happy to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed for delivery you will receive an email with the tracking link, make sure to check your junk/spam folders too. Please allow 24 hours for this link to become live.
